VR series high efficient sinking current type filtering cartridge dust catcher is a new generation product that is designed and produced by our company on the basis of assimilating advanced foreign technology. The air with dust enters the VR type dust catcher from the top, and goes down to pass through the cartridge after separated by airflow inductor; the dust is blocked on the surface of the cartridge, and the filtered clean air flows to the clean air cabinet from the center of the cartridge and is given off through the outlet pipe. Dust removing of the filter cartridge Filter cartridge can automatically and discontinuously remove the dust on it in the way that only one group of 2 (two) cartridges are taken off the line for dust removal at a given time. In the process of dust removing of the filter cartridge, the pulse controller is connected with one electromagnetic pulse valve power source, making the corresponding film valve gush high pressure pulse air, which penetrates the filter cartridge from inside to outside, the dust on the surface of the cartridge is then blown off and falls into the dust bucket and at last enters the dust collecting barrel. The pressure of compressed air is best adjusted to 6kg/cm² . The compressed air with a pressure of 6kg/cm²- 7kg/ cm² can satisfy the standard value for dust removing requirement. The smaller the value of the compressed air pressure is set, the lesser air the pulse valve will consume. Pulse gush control instrument is usually set to clear a column of filter cartridge in every 2 minutes, i.e. in every 2 minutes a pulse valve is to be connected. To enhance the volume of dust clearing, the compressed air pressure can be increased but should not exceed 7kg/cm² .
